Upon reaching 80% of your credit limit, an SMS notification will be sent to you. This message will provide the option to increase your limit by 5% with a payment of only PKR 5. The additional amount will then be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Upon activating your package, an SMS will be sent to you with your credit limit, which is equivalent to the initial security deposit. Alternatively, texting “CL” to 567 will also provide details on your monthly credit limit.

To increase your monthly credit limit, simply visit the nearest Customer Service Center or Franchise. You also have the option to recharge through Miniload, online platforms, or a scratch card. Once you’ve made the request, contact 310 to submit it. Rest assured, you will receive an SMS notification for any changes made to your credit limit.

To receive all the details on your current usage, including free minutes, SMS, and mobile internet, just send an SMS with the text ‘BL’ to 567. You will also get information about your current bill and any advance payment, if necessary.

To avail our free Email Bill service, simply send an SMS to 3100 with “EBSub” followed by a space and your email address. This will ensure that your bill is conveniently delivered to your inbox. In case you need to update your email, send another SMS with “EAC” followed by a space and your new email address to 3100. If you no longer wish to use this service, just send “EBUN” to 3100.

There are several ways to proceed. You could send an SMS with the keyword “BL” to 567, which costs Rs 0.50+Tax per message. Alternatively, you can dial *567#, with a charge of Rs 0.50+Tax for each inquiry, or dial *102# for 10 Paisa per inquiry and follow the prompts on the menu.

No, unlike prepaid packages, ZONG postpaid packages include call setup without any extra charges for voice, SMS, or data.

The billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month and ends on either the 30th or 31st, depending on the month.

Absolutely, it is possible to change your number to a prepaid plan by paying the conversion fee of PKR 200+tax.
