Terms and Conditions

  • The billing cycle will be on the 2nd of every month
  • You can find out what incentives are still available by dialing 2222#
  • Unpaid bills will be charged Rs.50 or 5% of the outstanding dues (excluding taxes), whichever is higher.
  • F&F rates are allowed for three Jazz numbers at a time.
  • For calls, overuse will be charged every 60 seconds, and for data, every 512 KB, at the rates outlined above
  • Pay as you use data charges will not apply after consumption of Rs.2,000
